This toolkit has been translated from Citizens In Action's original materials and is designed to inform Nepali-speaking voters to Know Their Rights at the polls, so they can cast their ballot safely and empower community members to share trusted, accurate voting rights information quickly and easily, ensuring that language access is never a barrier between a voter and their voice.

Asian Refugees United volunteers play an important role in making voting accessible. For the past few years, ARU has canvassed door-to-door in Nepali-speaking neighborhoods, registering first-time voters and providing rides and language assistance to community members in central Pennsylvania on election day.
